Engagements

Three ways to work together. All of them start the same way.

I don't quote ongoing work before I understand what's actually running, and you shouldn't hire a technology owner on the strength of a sales call. Every engagement opens with a diagnostic. The prices below are starting points — real scope comes out of that.

Front door

Systems Diagnostic

from $7,500
Fixed scope · 3 weeks

Where your operations actually break, what to build, buy or kill, and what each will cost.

  • — A boundary map of how work really moves through your firm
  • — An assessment of every system you're paying for
  • — Build, buy or kill on each one, with costs
  • — A sequenced 90-day roadmap
  • — A register of what fails first as you grow
  • — A working session to walk your partners through it
The core offer

Fractional CTO

from $6,500/mo
3-month minimum

You get a technology owner. I hold the roadmap, the architecture decisions, the vendors, and whoever is building.

  • — Ownership of the roadmap and every architecture call
  • — Vendor and contractor selection, management and firing
  • — Direct oversight of developers and implementers
  • — Monthly reporting in business terms, not technical ones
  • — Reachable for decisions that can't wait a month
  • — Diagnostic fee credited against your first month
Expansion

Systems Build

from $25,000
Fixed scope, per system

When the roadmap calls for something to be built, I build it — or run the team that does.

  • — Client intake and qualification systems
  • — Scheduling, booking and availability engines
  • — Client portals and communication systems
  • — AI operating layers over existing operations
  • — Data architecture and cross-system sync
  • — Scoped from a diagnostic, never sold cold

"We already have an IT company."

You probably do, and you should keep them. IT keeps your machines running, your email up and your data backed up. That work is necessary, and it is not this.

Nobody at that company is deciding whether your intake process should exist in its current shape, or whether the case management system you bought in 2022 is still the right one, or what gets built next and in what order. Those decisions keep landing on your desk because there is nowhere else for them to go. That's the job I take.

Not sure which one fits?

That's what the fit call is for. Twenty-five minutes, and I'll tell you plainly if I'm not useful to you.
